Vanilla Ribose Overnight Oats with Berry Chia Seed Jam

Infusing overnight oats with vanilla ribose tea is a simple way to add a depth of flavor to make even the busiest morning seem a bit more special.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 vanilla ribose tea bags
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of berry chia seed jam recipe link in post

Instructions

  • Place almond milk in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low. Heat until nearly simmering then remove from heat. Place two tea bags in the milk and steep for 6 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place ½ cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and ¼ cup of Greek yogurt into each mason jar. Add ½ cup of vanilla ribose-infused almond milk into each jar then stir well to combine. Top each jar of oats with a heaping tablespoon of berry chia seed jam. Store in fridge overnight then dig in at breakfast!
