Simple White Bean Veggie Burgers

  • 1 can white beans rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil separated
  • Optional bun bread, or salad greens
  • Toppings of choice I recommend homemade sun-dried tomato jam!


  • Place beans, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mash with a fork until well-combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add remaining tablespoon of oil.
  • Once oil is hot, carefully add veggie burger patties. Cook 3-5 minutes per side, or until browned.
  • Serve patties with toppings and bread of choice. Enjoy!


Change up the flavor of these burgers by using a variety of seasonings, infused olive oils, crumbled cheeses, and regular breadcrumbs.
