These picked jalapenos are an easy way to add a bit of heat to your sandwiches and burgers.
- 7-8 Jalapeños
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
Cut jalapeños into rounds.
Place vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add in jalapeños then remove from heat.
Pour into a glass mason jar and allow to cool to room temperature then store in the fridge.
Allow to sit in fridge for 5 days before using.
Store for up to 2 months.
