Pickled Jalapeños

These picked jalapenos are an easy way to add a bit of heat to your sandwiches and burgers.

  • 7-8 Jalapeños
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • Cut jalapeños into rounds.
  • Place vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add in jalapeños then remove from heat.
  • Pour into a glass mason jar and allow to cool to room temperature then store in the fridge.
  • Allow to sit in fridge for 5 days before using.
  • Store for up to 2 months.
