Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon curd link to recipe in post and below recipe

Instructions

  • Place oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a sealable container and stir well to combine. Place in fridge overnight.
    In the morning, add a dollop of lemon curd on top or layer oats and lemon curd into a parfait glass. Enjoy!
