  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup 2% or whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup pitted cherries
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder 1 tablespoon almond butter, or 1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
