Healthy Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt I used 2% fat
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk any milk will work
  • 1/4 cup canned or pureed pumpkin
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a mason jar or other small container. Add milk, yogurt, pumpkin, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine (I find a butter knife works better than a spoon).
  • Place oats in fridge overnight. Enjoy!
