Healthy Baked Apples
Nothing makes home feel more like Fall than the smell of cinnamon-spiced apples baking in the oven. This recipe use just three simple ingredients, with no added sugars, to make naturally sweet baked apples.
- 3-4 medium apples I recommend Honeycrisp or Pink Lady
- ½ – 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with foil.
Dice apples and place in large mixing bowl. Toss diced apples with cinnamon and pinch of salt.
Place diced apples on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Coat apples with cooking spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until softened.
