Healthy Baked Apples

Nothing makes home feel more like Fall than the smell of cinnamon-spiced apples baking in the oven. This recipe use just three simple ingredients, with no added sugars, to make naturally sweet baked apples.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium apples I recommend Honeycrisp or Pink Lady
  • ½ – 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with foil.
  • Dice apples and place in large mixing bowl. Toss diced apples with cinnamon and pinch of salt.
  • Place diced apples on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Coat apples with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until softened.
