- ½ frozen banana sliced
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen spinach cube or 1 small handful of fresh baby spinach
- 1 8- ounce container of Ripple Vanilla Kid’s Dairy-Free Plant-Based Milk can also use oat milk instead
- ½ tablespoon ground flax seeds can use chia seeds or hemp hearts instead
If making smoothie packets:
Place banana slices, strawberries, and ground flax seeds in a zip-top bag and store in the freezer overnight or up to 6 months.
Make spinach ice cubes by blending several handfuls of spinach with a splash of water. Once spinach is fully broken down, pour into an ice cube tray or herb freezing tray. Store for up to 4 months.
When ready to make the smoothie, add the contents of a zip-top bag, 1 spinach cube, and 1 cup of plant-based milk in a high-powered blender. Blend using intermittent speed setting until well-combined.
If making smoothie fresh:
Place frozen banana slices, fresh or frozen strawberries, fresh spinach, and ground flax seeds in a high-powered blender. Blend using the intermittent speed setting until well-combined.
