Honey to drizzle
Optional: Vanilla extractcinnamon, and nutmeg
Toast your bread until light golden brown (or to preferred doneness)
Optional: in a small bowl, mix together ricotta, a dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a drop of vanilla extract. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Spread ricotta evenly over toast and top with peach slices. Drizzle honey over the top then bite in and enjoy!
