Thick and creamy Icelandic-style coconut yogurt makes these batch of overnight oats taste like an indulgence usually reserved for vacation.

1 5.3-ozcontainer 2% fat coconut Siggi’s yogurtor other Greek or Icelandic-style coconut yogurt
1cupunsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
2tspmini chocolate chipsoptional
Other optional topping ideas: pineapplekiwi, berries, flaked coconut, nut butter
Place ½ cup oats, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup almond or coconut milk, and half the container of yogurt into each mason jar/Tupperware container. Stir well to combine. Add toppings of choice then seal with a lid.
Place in fridge overnight, then grab and go in the morning.
