Cozy cinnamon almond overnight oats

Overnight oats can be just as cozy as hot oatmeal. All you need is a swirl of cinnamon almond butter and a dash of vanilla extract!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt I use 2% fat
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp cinnamon almond butter separated

Instructions

  • Place oats, chia seeds, yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and 2 tsp of the cinnamon almond butter into a jar/bowl. Using a butter knife (trust me, it works better than a spoon!), stir well to combine.
  • Place remaining 1 tsp of cinnamon almond butter in jar and gently swirl it on top of the oats using the butter knife.
  • Place in fridge overnight. Enjoy nice and cold in the morning!
