Optional: pumpkinchia, or hemp seeds for extra crunch and nutrition
Set out two parfait glasses or small bowls. Layer pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt in each glass. Option to add almond butter next followed by the granola, or microwave the almond butter until soft and drizzle it over the top of the granola. Enjoy immediately.
