While it’s not officially summer yet, the warm weather is here and farmer’s markets are starting to pop up. While going hiking, swimming at the lake, and sunbathing are all things I love during the summer, my favorite part of summer is dining outside. So here are some of my favorite outdoor healthy eats for the summer – enjoy!
