Healthy Road Trip Snacks

With summer in full-swing many of you are likely hitting the road for hiking, a day at the beach, or visiting family. To keep yourself and your family healthy in the car, here are some of my go-to snacks. I also broke it down into snacks that need to stay cool and ones that you can just pack in a bag and go as I know not everyone has a cooler or the ability to keep foods cold for multiple days driving.

Also be sure to pack plenty of water for your trip! I always bring a water bottle that I can fill up at rest stops. If you have a cooler, packing seltzer water can also help beat water-boredom while still keeping you hydrated.
