Healthy Desserts Perfect for 4th of July

Happy (almost) 4th of July! While I’m sure many of you already have your menu planned out, for those of you still looking for the perfect dessert I have a few recipes that are sure to please 🙂 

Light and Lemony Cheesecake Bars 

These cheesecake bars are my go-to dessert as they’re easy to make and so creamy – your guests will have no idea that each one is less than 150 calories! To make these even more patriotic, sub in raspberries or diced strawberries for half of the blueberries. 

Balsamic Roasted Cherries 

Cherry season is in full swing, so do yourself a favor a grab a bag to make these delicious balsamic roasted cherries. These cherries are delicious on their own or as a topping for ice cream or pie! 

Healthier Cookie Dough Blizzard 

If your family is big on ice cream, then these healthier cookie dough blizzards should be your go-to option. Feel like being a little more indulgent? Make the healthier cookie dough bites, then add them to actual ice cream rather than banana “nicecream”. 

Skinny Cheesecake Bars with Baked Apple Topping

Yup, these cheesecake bars are on here twice, but I promise they’re a tad different! This apple version is for those apple pie fans out there – after all, what’s more American than apple pie 😉 

Baked Blueberry Frosted Donuts 

While a little more work than the rest of the recipes above, these baked blueberry frosted donuts are an impressive breakfast treat for your friends and family.
