Friday Foodie Inspiration

Friday Foodie Inspiration

I’m getting married!! Well. . .I’m getting married in 9 days. While I am getting SO excited to have all my family and friends out to help celebrate, I unfortunately don’t have as much time for the Healthy Toast for the next couple weeks 🙁  But rather than leaving you without a healthy recipe to get your weekend off to a good start, for the next 4 weeks I’ll be giving you FIVE recipes every Friday from some of my fellow Recipe Redux members 🙂

So here’s a toast to 9 more days as a single slice of toast 😉

I’m always on the lookout for ways to incorporate peanut butter into as many meals and snacks as possible, and this Sweet Potato Zoodle Pad Thai from Chelsea’s Choices looks like a perfect option for dinner!

I plan on avoiding my 10am caffeine withdrawal headache with this Mint Chocolate Chip Latte from Sinful Nutrition.

Wondering what to do with that big bag of cherries? These Chocolate Cherry Almond Bonbons from Sarah Hass RD will make sure none of your cherries go to waste.

Cool off this weekend with these beautiful Roasted Peaches and Cream Ice Pops from Kara Lydon.

Skip the line at your neighborhood’s trendy new noodle place and make your own Sesame Noodle Bowl at home! Recipe from Delish Knowledge.

P.S. That pretty bowl of granola is from Russel House Tavern in Harvard Square. Usually the banana is roasted (SO good) but unfortunately the last time we went they were serving it with regular bananas instead. Not quite the same, but still very tasty!

You will never be a “single slice of toast” to Your soon to be mother and father in law. We are excited too.
