I’m getting married!! Well. . .I’m getting married in 9 days. While I am getting SO excited to have all my family and friends out to help celebrate, I unfortunately don’t have as much time for the Healthy Toast for the next couple weeks 🙁 But rather than leaving you without a healthy recipe to get your weekend off to a good start, for the next 4 weeks I’ll be giving you FIVE recipes every Friday from some of my fellow Recipe Redux members 🙂

P.S. That pretty bowl of granola is from Russel House Tavern in Harvard Square. Usually the banana is roasted (SO good) but unfortunately the last time we went they were serving it with regular bananas instead. Not quite the same, but still very tasty!
