That’s right, just 5 ingredients to make either savory or sweet loaded breakfast sweet potatoes!
And the great part is that the ingredients are likely ones you already have at home. Plus, you can easily customize this recipe using your favorite ingredient combinations.
Making sweet potatoes for breakfast couldn’t be easier! There’s just two main steps: cooking the sweet potatoes and then topping them.
If making the savory version, you’ll also need to quickly cook some eggs. But even that step could be done ahead of time by making a batch of hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled.
